USILACS (United States Institute of Language and Clerical Studies) is an international nonprofit education institution headquartered in Ocala, Florida, USA. Since 2017, USILACS has maintained 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status and national accreditation through NACCUA.
As a educational institution, USILACS operates under this federal designation not only for its world-renowned education programs but also for its extensive community outreach and humanitarian work throughout the United States and across Asia.
The institute provides a full range of programs — from high school equivalency and language studies to undergraduate, graduate, and trade certifications — all centered on principles of moral integrity, family values, and academic excellence.

Our outreach operations along the Thailand–Myanmar border assist refugees affected by conflict through a range of programs including:
- Education and Vocational Training: Free instruction in English, literacy, and job skills to help displaced individuals rebuild their lives.
- Child Care and Family Support: Safe environments for children while parents pursue work or training opportunities.
- Medical and Transportation Assistance: Providing essential care and access for those in remote areas.
- Legal Assistance: Helping Myanmar refugees obtain proper legal status in Thailand so they can live and work lawfully as contributing members of society.
- Community Integration: Collaborating closely with Thai charitable foundations to strengthen local communities and restore dignity and opportunity.
Beginning in 2026, USILACS plans to expand its humanitarian education efforts by opening a formal, free preschool program for refugee and local children — providing early learning opportunities rooted in compassion, structure, and values-based education.
USILACS maintains its primary headquarters in Ocala, Florida, and operates several outreach offices and a data center in Southeast Asia — reflecting our dual commitment to USA academic leadership and international service.

USILACS has been Nationally Accredited by NACCUA since 2017, is listed by the State of Florida Department of Education as a Religious Institution, recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization by the United States Internal Revenue Service, and holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
