Admissions Office Email
The Admissions office handles all matters pertaining to pre-enrollment. Matters such as HESEAP applications, enrollment questions related to courses, degree programs, payment, or payment plans, etc.
Student Support Email
Our Student Support office is here to assist you while you are actively completing your education with USILACS. They offer assistance with the how to navigate the courses, exams, as well as other matter you may need assistance with while you are completing your courses.
IT Dept Email
The IT Department is here to assist you with technical assistance pertaining to the operation of the USILACS website.
Registrar’s Office Email
The Registrar’s office handles all matter related to your records. This includes transcripts, diplomas, certificates, letters of enrollment or recommendations, legalization of documents and apostilles, accounting, tax papers, student accounts, etc.

Most staff are working from home.
