PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Bachelor of Business Fidelity and Integrity is a 120-credit hour program that typically takes traditional on-campus students between 3 to 4 years to complete depending on course load.

Graduates of this program will develop the highly sought-after skills of morally and honestly guiding 501(c)3 organizations and companies with developing and maintaining high fidelity and integrity standards. In this career, you will assist by developing organization policies, training staff, counseling employees, and arbitrating disputes.

Our 120-credit hour program consists of 40 courses

16 Core/General Education Courses (pre-selected, mandatory)
14 Program Specific Courses (pre-selected, mandatory)
4 Minor Specific Courses (pre-selected, based upon student’s selected minor)
6 Elective Courses (selected by student)

The core/general education courses educate students in various subjects common in an American degree program. These faith-based courses include religion, philosophy, social science, creative arts, literature, English, math, public speaking, music, and computer science.

After completing the core/general education courses, students continue with 14 program-specific courses. These courses allow the student to develop the specialized knowledge required to excel in the area of Business Fidelity and Integrity.

Students will select one of the following minors, which will include an additional five courses:

These faith-based courses will enable the student to develop specialized expertise in religion, morality, ethics, and communications, knowledge of typical and atypical child development from birth through adolescence, skills and techniques for childcare and guidance, ability to assess children’s development, knowledge of the principles, practices, and ethics of parent education, and other areas needed to become proficient in this field.

Students will select one of the following minors, which will include an additional five courses:

Education
Counseling
Business
TESOL (120-hr with Certificate)
Online Education

Lastly, based on the student’s interest, the student can select six additional courses from our course catalog.

Many courses in our programs utilize hands-on, real-life experience in public speaking, effective presentations, counseling, sales, morals, ethics, etiquette, and teaching skills. Many of our courses require students to act and give speeches, presentations, and demonstrations.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The Bachelor of Childhood Social and Moral Development (Clerical) program has the following objectives:

To enable students to obtain comprehensive knowledge and a deep understanding of childhood social and moral development.
To enable students to acquire the theoretical and practical expertise needed to become skilled in the exciting childhood social and moral development field.
To enable students to receive a broad yet moral and faith-based education in religion, morals, ethics, counseling, social work, philosophy, natural science, computer applications, and mathematics.
To enable students to obtain the specialized skills and concepts required to succeed in childhood social and moral development.
To enable students to develop the deep moral sensitivity, ethical responsibility, and social consciousness needed to become upright citizens of their country and transmit the same to those they meet.

CAREER PATH

The Bachelor of Childhood Social and Moral Development (Clerical) program graduates can pursue volunteer service or employment as daycare workers, family service, early childhood teachers, teacher’s assistants, and even counselors.
