What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available only for tuition and only if both of the following conditions are met: (1) it has been less than 30 days since enrollment, and (2) no educational documents (e.g., Diploma, Transcripts, Certificates) have been prepared, shipped, or delivered.

There are no refunds for HESEAP applications, completed legalizations, or exam retake fees.
