Summary of Group Discount Plan:

Groups of five students, who all enroll within 24 hours of each other, can receive a tuition discount of twenty-five percent (25%.)

Limitations:

  1. All groups must contain no more, or no less than 5 people. 
  2. Failure of all 5 group members to enroll, within 24 hours of each other, will result in the balance of the group having their tuition payments refunded and their enrollments rejected.

Example:

Bill, Jill, Carl, Betty, and Pat all want to enroll together in USILACS. 

Step # 1: Bill, Jill, Carl, Betty, and Pat each submit their own HESEAP Fast-Track Application.

Step # 2: Within 48 hours, Bill, Jill, Carl, Betty, and Pat all receive their HESEAP award.

Step # 3: The group first must appoint a Group Leader.

Step # 4: The Group Leader will now complete the below Group Plan Application and includes all members information on the application.

Step # 5: Within 48 hours, the Group Leader will receive the Group Plan Approval, complete with discount codes for all 5 members of the group.

Step # 6: The Group Leader will now distribute each members discount coupon code and arrange a time when ALL group members can complete their enrollments within 24 hours of each other.

Step # 7. On the designated day and time, all group members will enroll within 24 hours of each other, use their discount coupon code, and only pay $1,871.25.

Each member of the group has saved $623.75, for a total group savings of $3,118.75.

Prior to submitting this Group Discount Application, all group members, included in this application, must have previously submitted their HESEAP Applications and have received their award emails from the HESEAP Committee.
