I am not a native English speaker so my English is not perfect; can I still enroll and complete this program?

Absolutely! USILACS currently offers all degree programs in English, Thai, Spanish, Chinese, and Myanmar (Burmese). Many students, despite not having English as their native language, have successfully enrolled in and graduated from USILACS.
