Order Certified Documents
Below, you can request official certified USILACS documents — including Diplomas, Transcripts, Certificates, and Enrollment Letters — to be sent directly to employers, government agencies, immigration officials, or other educational institutions.
All USILACS graduates already receive their original stamped and sealed official documents at the time of graduation. You do not need this form to request those items.

This service is only for certified copies being prepared for official third-party verification purposes.
Certified documents are $22.95 per document, plus express shipping of $15.00 USA or $50.00 Outside USA.
Please allow seven business days from the time your order is received for processing and preparation.

The USILACS Board of Regents takes every student extremely seriously. Our goal is to ensure that all certified document requests are promptly cared for within four or five business* days. Under exceptional circumstances, responses may take up to seven business* days.
