Ask them where you can improve in the following areas, displaying empathy, emotional flexibility, coping strategies, problem solving and decision making
journal notes on areas needing improvement. Keep these and refer to them often, noting areas where you have improved and any new thoughts. Endeavor to make it a career or even life long journal. This can prove to be invaluable.
