USILACS provides a variety of payment plans tailored to accommodate diverse financial needs, ensuring accessibility and affordability for students.

  1. Full Payment at Enrollment
    Students who choose to pay their tuition in full at the time of enrollment may enjoy savings of up to 50% on the total cost of tuition.Additionally, they may qualify for the following exclusive discounts:

    • Family Discounts
      Families with multiple members enrolled concurrently at USILACS are eligible for a 20% tuition reduction. Click for further details and to access the application.
    • Alumnus Discounts
      A 10% tuition discount is available for family members of USILACS alumni. Click for further details and to access the application.
    • Group Discounts
      Groups of five or more students enrolling simultaneously are eligible for a 15% tuition discount. Click for further details and to access the application. 
  2. 12-Month Payment Plan
      • Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree:
        • Standard Enrollment (No HESEAP Award): $4,800.00 down payment, followed by 12 monthly payments of $1,200.00 (At Enrollment Use Coupon Code: std12)

      • Graduate Master’s Degree:
        • $1,152.00 down payment, followed by 12 monthly payments of $384.00 (At Enrollment Use Coupon Code: gr12) 
  3. 24-Month Payment Plan
        • Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree:
          • Standard Plan: $4,800.00 down payment, followed by 24 monthly payments of $600.00. (At Enrollment Use Coupon Code: std24)

        • Graduate Master’s Degree:

Terms and Conditions for Payment Plans

  • Guaranteed Approval: All students qualify regardless of financial background
  • Non-Combinable Discounts: Payment plans cannot be used with other discounts
  • Interest-Free: Payment plans are zero interest and contain no additional handling or processing fees
  • Transparent Invoicing: Each monthly invoice will display the full payoff amount for reference
  • Flexible Prepayment Options: Students may prepay or pay off their remaining balance at any time without incurring fees or penalties
  • Net-30 Terms: Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date
  • Delinquency Policy: Accounts more than 30 days delinquent will be placed on hold, preventing access to course materials and administrative services until payments are current
  • Diploma and Transcript Release: Official diplomas and transcripts will only be issued once the full tuition balance is paid
