Overview

The Student Advisor Training series is an official four-video training program created to provide clear instruction, consistent expectations, and practical guidance for every USILACS Student Advisor. Presented by one of the founders and former President and Chairman of USILACS, this series was developed to ensure that Student Advisors clearly understand their role, responsibilities, and standards.

The purpose of this training is to remove uncertainty, strengthen performance, and help each advisor succeed through a better understanding of the systems, expectations, and communication standards connected to the role.

This training is mandatory for all Student Advisors. Advisors are expected to watch the full series carefully and apply what is taught throughout their work. The value each advisor receives from this training will depend directly on the attention, effort, and consistency they bring to it.
