How the Referral Promoter Program Works

The USILACS® Referral Promoter Program is simple. If approved, you receive your own personal USILACS® link. You share that link with people who may be interested in USILACS® programs.

If someone clicks your link and later makes an eligible student payment, the system may credit that referral to your promoter account.

The Person Clicking Your Link Sees the Normal Website

The person clicking your link does not see your private information. They do not need to enter your name. They do not need to tell USILACS® that you referred them.

They simply click your link and visit the normal USILACS® website.

The difference happens behind the scenes. The computer system reads the private tracking code attached to your link and connects that visit to your promoter account.

That is why your personal link is important. It is how the system knows the visitor came from you.

How Long Does the Tracking Last?

When someone clicks your personal USILACS® link, the system can remember that referral for up to 90 days.

1. They click your link

The visitor opens the USILACS® website by clicking the personal link you shared.

2. The system remembers

The computer system may remember that referral for up to 90 days after the click.

3. They may return later

The person does not have to enroll immediately. They may review USILACS® and return later.

4. You may receive credit

If the person makes an eligible student payment within the tracking period, the system may credit the referral to your promoter account.

What Happens After You Are Approved?

The process is simple. You do not need a website, special software, or technical experience.

Step 1: You Receive Your Link

Approved Promoter • Personal Link • Tracking Code

If approved, USILACS® gives you access to your Referral Promoter account and your personal USILACS® link.

Your link is connected to your promoter account. When people click your link, the system can record that the visit came from you.

This is why you should share your actual link instead of only telling people to search for USILACS® online.

Step 2: You Share Your Link

Facebook • TikTok • WhatsApp • Messenger • Email • Text

You may share your personal link through social media, messaging apps, email, text message, pages, groups, videos, captions, or personal contacts.

Interested people click your link and visit the normal USILACS® website.

USILACS® handles official program information, tuition information, advising, enrollment, and student payments.

Simple Example

Maria is approved as a USILACS® Referral Promoter. USILACS® gives Maria her personal link.

Maria sends her link to Jim in a normal phone message. To Jim, the link looks like a regular USILACS® website link.

When Jim clicks Maria’s shared link, the USILACS® system can read Maria’s private tracking code behind the scenes.

If Jim later makes an eligible student payment, Maria may receive commission.

Message example

Hi Jim, here is the link to the school I told you about.

Good luck,
Maria

Jim sees a normal USILACS® link. The tracking code works behind the scenes after he clicks Maria’s shared link.

Common Questions

These are basic questions many new promoters ask before they apply.

Do I need a website?

No. You can share your personal link through Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Messenger, LINE, email, text message, or personal contacts.

Do I collect money from students?

No. Students pay USILACS® directly through the official USILACS® process.

Do I need to answer student questions?

No. You may share general approved information, but official questions should go directly to USILACS®.

Can I just tell people the website address?

No. You should send your personal link. If someone types the regular website address themselves, the system may not know they came from you.

Will people see my private information?

No. The person clicking your link visits the normal USILACS® website. Your private tracking code works behind the scenes.

Can I make my own advertisements?

Promoters may create content for their audience, but paid ads, boosted posts, formal campaigns, and materials using the USILACS® name or logo must be approved by USILACS® before use.

When can I earn commission?

Commission may be earned only when a referral is properly tracked and the referred student makes an eligible payment under USILACS® Referral Promoter Program terms.

Required Disclosure

Promoters must clearly disclose their relationship with USILACS® when promoting.

Short disclosure: USILACS® referral promoter. Commission may apply.

Longer disclosure: I am a USILACS® referral promoter and may receive commission for eligible enrollments through my link.
