Overview

Flexible ways to manage educational costs

USILACS offers several ways for students to manage the cost of their education. Students may choose to prepay eligible tuition and required examination fees for the lowest total program cost, select an interest-free monthly payment plan, or request scholarship consideration where available.

Actual tuition varies based on the student’s HESEAP credit evaluation, selected program, scholarship eligibility, and chosen payment option.

Option 1

Pay in full

Lowest total cost pathway

Students who choose to prepay eligible tuition and required examination fees receive the lowest available total program cost.

For undergraduate students, HESEAP Classroom Learning Credit may reduce tuition for qualifying courses. For students who receive HESEAP credit across program coursework, the pay-in-full pathway may begin at $849.60.

Graduate pay-in-full pathway

Graduate students may also choose to prepay tuition and required examination fees at enrollment.

The graduate pay-in-full pathway begins at $2,880.00.00.00. Final totals depend on program selection and any approved institutional adjustments.

Monthly payment plan options

USILACS also offers interest-free payment plans for students who prefer to spread costs over time. Payment plans require no credit check and are available to all admitted students.

Scholarship opportunities

USILACS may offer limited scholarship support in selected cases. Students requesting scholarship review may indicate the category that best matches their circumstances.

Financial Hardship Scholarship

For students requesting scholarship consideration based on documented financial hardship.

Service-Based Scholarship

For students requesting scholarship review based on qualifying service, volunteer work, or similar contribution.

Alumni Scholarship

For eligible family members of USILACS alumni requesting scholarship consideration.

Family Scholarship

For students requesting scholarship consideration based on qualifying family enrollment circumstances.

Scholarship availability is limited. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, and awards may not be combined unless specifically approved by the institution.

Terms

Payment plan terms and conditions

No credit check; payment plans are available to all admitted students.

Zero interest and no added processing or handling fees.

Flexible prepayment without penalties.

Net-30 billing; payments are due within 30 days of invoice date.

Accounts more than 30 days delinquent are placed on Accounting Hold until current.

Official diplomas and transcripts are released after the student account is paid in full.
