Group Plan Description with Application

Summary of Group Discount Plan:

Group Discount Plan:
Groups of five students who enroll within 24 hours of each other can receive a tuition discount of fifteen percent (15%).

Limitations:

  • Each group must contain exactly 5 members
  • If all 5 group members do not enroll within 24 hours of each other, the tuition payments of the enrolled members will be refunded, and their enrollments will be rejected.

Example:

  • Bill, Jill, Carl, Betty, and Pat all want to enroll together in USILACS
  • Bill, Jill, Carl, Betty, and Pat each submit their HESEAP Fast-Track Application
  • ONLY AFTER Bill, Jill, Carl, Betty, and Pat each receive their HESEAP awards
    • The group appoints a Group Leader
    • The Group Leader completes the Group Plan Application below, including information for all members.
    • The Group Leader receives the Group Plan Approval, complete with discount codes for all 5 members.
    • The Group Leader distributes each member’s discount coupon code and arranges a time for all group members to enroll within 24 hours of each other.
    • On the designated day and time, all group members enroll within 24 hours of each other, use their discount coupon codes, and each save 15% off their tuition.

Prior to submitting this Group Discount Application, all group members, included in this application, must have previously submitted their HESEAP Applications and have received their award emails from the HESEAP Committee.
1. All groups must contain no more, or no less, than 5 people.  2. Failure of all 5 group members to enroll with 24 hours of each other, will result in the balance of the group having their tuition payments refunded and their enrollments rejected.
