This page is available to graduates of our High School, Undergraduate, Graduate, and Trade programs.
Follow the steps below to finalize graduation and receive your official documents.
Eligibility requires completion of all required coursework and final examinations.
Please confirm the following before taking the steps below:
High School Program
Completion of four (4) comprehensive final examinations.
Undergraduate Program
Completion of a minimum of forty (40) approved courses.
Graduate Program
Completion of a minimum of twelve (12) approved courses.
Trade Program
Completion of all required program modules and final assessment.
You may still use this page to review grades and
monitor academic progress.
Completion of a USILACS program is a meaningful milestone. Your education provides a strong foundation
to advance your professional and personal goals.
The steps below apply only after you have confirmed eligibility.
Review & Verify Grades and Retake Exams (if needed)
Confirm grades are accurate before transcripts are finalized.
Retake eligible exams if needed.
Review and Print Draft Transcripts and Diplomas
Preview draft transcripts, diplomas, and certificates for accuracy before final issue.
Request Apostille / Legalization (If Needed)
If you plan to use your education documents internationally, apostille or foreign legalization is required.
Complete Student Satisfaction Survey
Submit the survey prior to the release of official documents.
Order Official Academic Documents & Add-Ons
After completing prior steps, place your order for transcripts, diplomas, and add-ons.

Names & Details
Confirm your name and program information appear exactly as desired on all drafts.
Document Readiness
Official documents are released only after Steps 1–4 are complete and eligibility is confirmed.
International Use
If documents will be used outside the USA, complete apostille/legalization (Step 3).
