The Affiliate Training System is an official six-video training program created to provide clear instruction, defined expectations, and practical guidance for individuals participating in the USILACS Affiliate Program. This series explains how affiliates operate within the system, how qualified leads are generated, and how performance translates into measurable results.
The purpose of this training is to establish a clear understanding of the affiliate role, distinguish it from the Student Advisor role, and provide a structured approach to generating legitimate, high-quality leads. It also explains how affiliate activity connects to enrollment outcomes and how referral fees are earned based on verified performance.
Affiliates must also understand the USILACS tiered pricing structure, as referral fees are directly tied to the pricing tier in which a student enrolls. A clear understanding of this structure is required in order to accurately understand earnings and performance outcomes.
This training is required for all affiliates. Participants are expected to complete the full series and apply the methods and standards presented. The effectiveness of this training will depend directly on the consistency, effort, and accuracy applied by each affiliate.
